1.) Accommodation is in a studio with pull out sofa bed and partial kitchen, bathroom, lounge area and patio for seven consecutive nights for 2 people sharing. The promotional offer is for Guests that have not stayed at Fairways or Pueblo Evita previously.

2.) The available dates for this promotion is for Costa del Sol: 2021 - From Saturday 6th November to Saturday 19th December (last check out day). 2022 - From Sunday 2nd January to Sunday 13th March   (last check out day). - From Saturday 5th November to Sunday 18th   December (last check out day). For Tenerife: 2021 - From Friday 2nd April to Tuesday 29th June   (last check out day) 2022 - From Friday 1st April to Tuesday 21st June   (last check out day)
Check-in days are Saturday or Sunday for Costa del Sol : Tuesday or Friday for Tenerife.

This excludes school holidays which may be available upon request for an upgrade fee. 
Additional upgrade options for larger/Superior apartments; dates outside of the promotion or change of check-in day may be available upon request and start from €50 for change of check-in day. Upgrade prices have been attractively discounted for voucher holders. All accommodation is subject to availability.

3.) Your accommodation is provided by MB Benalmadena SL, CIF B29527777 Avenida de las Palmeras s/n. Urbanización Pueblo Evita. Benalmádena Costa. 29630. who reserve the right to change resort destinations available or to provide an alternative offer of equal or greater value without prior notice.

4.) Please note that our resorts are best suited to couples over the age of 30 and families.

5.) This offer is subject to promotional availability. In the event that your preferred travel dates are not available alternatives will be offered. It is advisable to book early. There is no booking fee.

6.) This is an accommodation only offer you will need to arrange your flights, car hire and other travel services. When a reservation has been confirmed the voucher holder must provide reservations with confirmation that Travel Arrangements have been booked.

7.) Only one voucher /code may be used per booking and household. This offer is valid for new bookings made through/direct with MB Benalmadena SL.

8.) Only original vouchers / codes will be accepted. Vouchers that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Passengers who have a voucher (not a code) must present it upon arrival in resort.

9.) Once your registration/booking form has been submitted it will be subject to the resorts standard terms and conditions.

10.) All passengers must have adequate travel insurance before travelling and lead traveller must be 21 or over for resort insurance purposes. Meals, transport and personal expenses are not included. There is no obligation to purchase meals, drinks, etc., during your stay at the resort.

11.) You must redeem your voucher within 7 days of being issued.

12.) This voucher / code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, it is not transferable and cannot be resold. Cash value 0.001 pence.

13.) No cancellations, refunds, amendments can be made once your booking has been confirmed. TRAVEL/FLIGHT itinerary must be received by reservations@richvaleresorts.com a minimum of 6 weeks prior to arrival to avoid your accommodation at the resort being cancelled.

14) If your booking is for a studio apartment, flight/travel details need to be received reservations@richvaleresorts.com WITHIN 12 weeks from receipt of your Confirmation (or 6 weeks prior to travel whichever date falls first). Once these flight itinerary details have been received, the resort will be informed that your reservation has been confirmed. If flight/travel itinerary details are not received within this time period, your Temporary Reservation will automatically be cancelled and your unique promotional code will no longer be valid as only one voucher/code can be used per booking/per household.

15) Studio bookings cannot be booked more than 12 months in advance of travel and will be released at the end of each relevant month due to the flight rules in Clause 14.
16.) You will be responsible for any damage to the apartment/resort during your stay. A €100 damage deposit will be requested which will be returned in full should no damage occur.

17.) We reserve the right to amend the terms of this offer without notice in the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or event of a similar nature.

18.) The booking instructions, how to book and all other information contained in this website also form part of the terms and conditions.   

19.) MB Benalmadena S.L. is the supplier of promotional holiday accommodation.

20.) Once you have registered your code / confirmed your booking your contract will be with the resort and other relevant service providers, any disputes must therefore be settled with them directly. The promoter cannot be held liable.

21.) MB Benalmadena SL cannot be held  responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes or  destinations.

22.) Bookings must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance of your holiday accommodation date of travel.

23.) TRAVEL/FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS MUST NOT BE MADE PRIOR TO THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE RESORT ALONG WITH YOUR UNIQUE RESERVATION ID NUMBER.

24.) Bookings must be made within 90 days of your registration. After this time your voucher code will no longer be valid.

25.) Independent facilities, services and restaurants are offered at the discretion of the management

26.) The promotional offers cannot be used by employees of the company promoting the offer or their families.
